QUT Pasifika Panel: An Extension of ‘Our Community Cares’

17.08.15 | Gardens Point Campus, QUT

For some members in the Pacific Island community, post-high school career paths have always been challenging and as university students we have all struggled with our own identity & culture living in a Western society.

Our OneNesia Peer Mentor Program aims to provide support to all Pacific Island students as they journey through university. On the 17th of August the OneNesia Peer Mentor Program were privileged to host a Pasifika Panel with inspiring panelist (L-R) Junior Te’o, Heilala Tabete, Glenda Stanley and Malaki Faoagali-Latu.

This was a great opportunity to extend students network & have questions answered from professionals!

Thank you to all who attended!
